Guangzhou: Twin Towers - West Tower: 432m/110 floors (U/C)

By design, the height of Guanzhou west tower should 432M. However, I just heard a rumor that the current ground work of Guangzhou west tower is enough for 530M, which means the west tower has potential to increase its height to 530M. And then it will surpass Shanghai's SWFC and become the NO.1 highest building in Great China. SWFC will be finished in 2008 while west tower will be done in 2009, let's see what will happen..
