Moscow International Business Center Moscow, Russia Working with Russian investors, the Turkish Development Company asked SHCA to design a 200,000 sq m mixed-use tower on a 150,000 sq m site. In central Moscow, not far from the Kremlin, the 80-story building will have 50 floors of Class A commercial space. A shared sky lobby will provide amenities to the offices below and the upper 20-floors of luxury apartments. The tower will rise above a two-story retail and entertainment podium that includes boutiques, restaurants, bars and a 3000 sq m casino.
